Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are considered final once a product has been opened. Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. We stand behind every product we sell.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will resolve this at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund — your choice.

We don't process direct exchanges. To receive a different item, return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest resolution for you.
