Every MyBeauty order ships in completely plain, unmarked packaging. There is no brand name, logo, or any indication of contents on the outside. Your privacy is our promise.
We understand that your purchases are personal. All orders are shipped in neutral brown or white boxes/padded envelopes with no exterior markings that indicate the nature of the contents. The return address will show a neutral business name — not "MyBeauty" or any reference to intimate products.
Your billing statement will show a discreet descriptor. If you have concerns about a specific descriptor, please contact us before ordering.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. For manual payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Crypto), processing begins after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through your MyBeauty account.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are not our responsibility. We declare packages at their full value — we cannot declare items as "gifts" or undervalue shipments.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit. Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of any damage.
